WHAT RETURN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

  • New Future offers 2 options to return your purchase:
  1. Store Drop Off
  2. Self Shipment 

1. Store Drop Off Directions:
Print the Return Form and complete it.
Pack your items with Page 2 inside the package and Page 1 attached outside the package.
Drop off at the selected store.


2. Self Shipment Directions:

Print the Return Form and complete it.
Pack your items with Page 2 inside the package and Page 1 attached outside the package and deliver it to:

Please note, you will incur all costs for this option.

 

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

  • In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
    1. Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn
    2. If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, kindly contact customer service (sales@futurelgroup.com) within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you shortly and issue a return label.
    3. If you receive a defective product, kindly contact customer service (sales@futurelgroup.com) within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you shortly and issue a return label.
    4. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.
    5. Items purchased at the New Future store must be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase.
    6. Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash / credit card. It is valid for a year from date of issue and can be used to purchase any items on New Future website.
    7. New Future reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Refund will be in the form of store credits, valid for use within a year from date of issue.
  • Store credit will be issued approximately 8 - 10 business days from the date you returned your items.
