WHAT RETURN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
- New Future offers 2 options to return your purchase:
- Store Drop Off
- Self Shipment
1. Store Drop Off Directions:
Print the Return Form and complete it.
Pack your items with Page 2 inside the package and Page 1 attached outside the package.
Drop off at the selected store.
2. Self Shipment Directions:
Print the Return Form and complete it.
Pack your items with Page 2 inside the package and Page 1 attached outside the package and deliver it to:

Please note, you will incur all costs for this option.
IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn
- If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, kindly contact customer service (sales@futurelgroup.com) within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you shortly and issue a return label.
- If you receive a defective product, kindly contact customer service (sales@futurelgroup.com) within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you shortly and issue a return label.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.
- Items purchased at the New Future store must be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash / credit card. It is valid for a year from date of issue and can be used to purchase any items on New Future website.
- New Future reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Refund will be in the form of store credits, valid for use within a year from date of issue.
- Store credit will be issued approximately 8 - 10 business days from the date you returned your items.
